How to confirm you are dealing with the genuine journal before you submit a manuscript.

Three checks, two minutes

  1. ISSN. Look up 1756-7599 at the ISSN Portal. Compare the title and URL in the record with the site you are on.
  2. DOAJ. Open the DOAJ journal record and follow its link to the journal homepage — currently openjournals.ljmu.ac.uk/ejqrp.
  3. DOI. Resolve a recent article’s DOI at doi.org. Genuine DOIs for this journal begin 10.24377/ and lead to the publisher’s platform.

Why this matters

Expired journal domains are sometimes reused to imitate the original journal (“hijacked journals”). This domain once hosted the journal’s own website; we say so openly on our About page precisely so that nobody mistakes this profile for the journal.
